Virtual Clubbing

Second Life offers what most people might think is the perfect night out without actually going out. With its musical performances and virtual clubs, you can meet new people, hang-out with your friends and enjoy a few laughs and casual flirtations in your pajamas. It eliminates all the fuss that comes with a night out, especially if you're a girl. You won't have to shave your legs, put on make-up, agonize over what outfit to wear, do your hair or endure a painful night in stilettos. What it doesn't eliminate though is the entrance fee as you will still be charged upon entrance. Another downside, if your a person who actually likes to go through all the fuss of getting dolled up, like me, it takes away a chunk of the night out experience. Like the many things available online now, such as email, online music performances and clubs may prove to lack the charm and the thrill of the real thing.
