The Toughest Place to be a Bus Driver

Meet Josh West from London. He drives a double decker bus driver with the biggest, shiniest, and latest bells and whistles that technology can provide. He does not know anything about the Philippines, save for the fact that it's where Imelda kept her shoes.

He agrees to take on a sort-of reality TV show to be a bus driver in the toughest place in the world to be one. Don't expect The Simple Life antics here though.

The toughest place to be a bus driver, apparently, is Manila. And by bus, they mean the jeepney.

I am in awe at how dignified the episode was made (care of BBC, I suppose) and how polite somebody like Josh was despite his discomfort and despite what was probably an unpleasant experience. Hats off to Josh, who was nothing but open-minded, when a lesser man would be insular.
