Type these words on the search box of Google and Carlo Ocab’s website will appear on the first page of the search results. For a time, he was even at the top spot in Google for this phrase “make money online.”
Carlo Ocab is a fifteeen-year old kid from Manila, famous for his blog, carlocab.com. The blog has attracted so much attention that he has been featured on national newspapers and some television shows such as Qtube. He won the distinction of being among the Top Ten Emerging Influencial Blogs of 2007 and is about to come up with a Google optimization book. (This is not an advertisement and I’m not exactly his fan) But the things he has accomplished through his blog are amazing. Not to mention the money he’s been earning because of it. Each advertisement is worth $55/month at least and right now, there are around 9 advertisements on his page.
Although there are rumors that there’s another person behind the blog (some say it’s his dad who writes the stuff), those have been nothing but mere speculations. But what would be the repercussions in case his blog turns out to be a hoax?
For the meantime, i thing that is one young neat kid making serious money online.
