Apparently, the Yes Men intentionally arranged a deal with VODO for the release of its special Peer-To-Peer Edition in order to circumvent a copyright infringement suit filed by the United States Chamber of Commerce. I guess it’s their way of sticking it up against the seemingly respectable yet prissy US Chamber of Commerce. It’s as if their saying, “Look we are not just two troublemakers trying to make money out of your embarrassing situation. We are really serious about getting our message across. You want proof? Well then we’ll let the whole world see our movie for free.” (There are other interesting documentaries in VODO, too. Last I downloaded was In Guantanamo.)
