What's on the Menu?

I agree that SME's have a better chance at getting to a wider clientele range by going online. A business doesn't even necessarily need to become based primarily online to get to a bigger market. A simple online profile would suffice.

Take for instance, the food industry. How many hole-in-the wall restaurants have I discovered just because I saw their profile online? I don't think it even takes much effort to create and maintain a profile on websites like Munchpunch. You can even view the menu and have an idea what to order, if the restaurant doesn't offer deliveries.

It pays to be out there.
