Click!

Nowadays, everyone carries a camera with them, whether it is a simple camera phone, a point and click digital camera, or a DSLR. Everyone is obsessed with taking pictures. Technology plays a huge role in this phenomenon by providing the users instant access to the photos as soon as it is taken, unlike before when we have to wait until it is developed. Also, users are not anymore limited to mere 12, 24, or 36 shots, but to thousands of shots depending on the memory card used. Plus, the images taken now are so clear and crisp even with just a mere camera phone, which usually has 2.0 megapixels and up.

But one major factor is the fact that photos nowadays are so easy to share with others. USB cables come with the cameras to transfer files into the computer. Even easier, memory cards of cameras can easily be inserted in almost all computers. While, photos from cellular phones can be transferred via Bluetooth or even via internet directly to Facebook!

Photo-sharing in social-community sites is a big encouragement to take photos. One can easily update all his friends as to what one has been up to, not just by mere texts, but with colorful and numerous photographs. This clearly is a great innovation.
