Sickly Steve and the Great Apple

What's going on with Steve Jobs' pancreas? Many people are worried that the Great Caretaker of the Apple orchard might be suffering again from pancreatic cancer. Jobs never tried to conceal his condition from his staff or the general public. Wall Street, however, has a lot to worry about because rumors about the dire condition of his health (and Apple's refusal to clear up of things) are driving the price of Apple 's shares down. Although I am neither a Mac user nor an Ipod owner, I hope that Mr. Jobs will survive whatever crisis he is experiencing right now. This is, after all, the genius who introduced the concept of beauty and aesthetics in an otherwise dry, arid, and utility-ridden world of geekdom.
